What is it?

Boluoke contains in each capsule Lumbrokinase (Proprietary earthworm protein extract) 20 mg. Other Ingredients: Gelatin, starch.

According to the manufacturer:

Suggested Use

Take 1 capsule one to three times daily 30 minutes before meals. If maximal fibrinolytic effect is desired, take 2 capsules three times daily 30 minutes before meals for 3 weeks or consult your physician for optimal dosage.
