What is it?

Children's Glycerite Compound contains Echinacea angustifolia & purpurea (echinacea), Prunus spp. (wild black cherry bark), Eriodictyon californicum (yerba santa), Inula helenium (elecampane), Hydrastis canadensis (goldenseal), Ligusticum porteri (osha), Verbascum thapsus (mullein), Zingiber officinale (ginger), and bitter orange essential oil. (Also appropriate for adults.) Contains no alcohol.

According to the manufacturer: "Supports a healthy respiratory tract and normal immune system function."

Cautions

Not to be used during pregnancy due to certain components of the ingredient Hydrastis canadensis (goldenseal) such as berberine, hydrastine, canadine, hydrastinine, which were found to cause stimulation in animal uteri.
