What is it?

Each 40 gm packet (5 packets per box) of Bathdetox® contains:

Attractylodes, Carthamus, Eupatorium, Ligustici, Cinnamomum, Notopterygium, Saposhnikovia, Artemesia. According to the manufacturer:

Suggested Use

Bathtub: Fill bathtub with warm/hot water and dissolve half of the bag into the water. While sitting in the bathtub, add the rest of the bag gradually until the water is below the chest. Soak for 30 minutes while drinking hot water.

Foot soak: Soak feet in a bucket of knee-high warm/hot water. Use a quarter of the bag and soak for 30 to 40 minutes.
