What is it?

Each tablet of Li-Zyme Forte contains Lithium (from Li-zyme vegetable culture) 150 mcg. Other ingredients include cellulose, food glaze, stearic acid (vegetable source,) and magnesium stearate (vegetable source.)

According to the manufacturer:

"L-Zyme is specially grown, biologically active vegetable culture concentrate rich in phytonutrients including polyphenolic compounds, superoxide dismutase, catalase, and phytochemically bound lithium, dehydrated at low temperatures to preserve associated enzyme factors."
